It was such a treat to be able to go home to see family for winter break! Green Bay was a winter wonderland, all covered in snow. It felt so good to have no agenda and simply hang out with my mom.
We made Great Grandma Kate's recipe for rollout cookies (such a fun mess!)
Always quite an undertaking.... But well worth the effort.
And I got the supreme pleasure of seeing my goddaughter Eden -- she's growing up so quickly!
She is quite the helper too! I watched her rearrange the orange basket for a solid half hour!
As you can see, we take Christmas very seriously in Green Bay...
